Returns & Exchange Policy

Have a problem with your purchase, or received the wrong item? We are here to help! Our Returns & Exchange Policy is outlined below. Please contact us immediately if you need to exchange or refund your order and we will assist however we can!

If you are paying by Afterpay, Zippay or Paypal please be aware, that retailers are charged a fee when consumers use these payment methods. This fee will be deducted from any refunds received by the consumer.

Eligible Returns

You may be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit for the following reasons:

Item is faulty.
Item is not as described or pictured.

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

Reeds, Harmonicas, Mouthpieces, Vocal Mics etc - Hygiene reasons.
Software - Licences can't be revoked.
Sheet Music - can not be returned due to copyright.
Consumables - Strings, Drum sticks etc.

NOTE: Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Return items must be in the same condition that you received them with the original packaging. Please contact us before sending returns. ( Note: A re-stocking fee may apply)

Return Shipping

You are responsible to pay for shipping to return your item to Infinite Music. If you are returning items or products by agreement, we suggest you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please contact us prior to arrange returns.

Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit

Ā 

When your return is received, we will inspect and contact you to confirm that we have received your item. Once inspected we will notify you the status of your return. If your return is approved we will then process a refund, exchange or store credit as agreed. If a refund is being processed please allow up to 7 days from this time for payment reversal to clear with your payment provider.

NOTE: Shipping costs can not be refunded. If your item was shipped to you for free, the original cost of freighting the item to you may be deducted from your total refund amount.( Note: A re-stocking fee may apply)
