Congratulations to all participants in the 2007 Bands on Show!

The talent this year was excellent and the competition was tough, the judges had a very hard time!!

The final winners were:

1st: Silence is Deafening - Myspace

2nd: Zaar - Myspace

3rd: The Vagrant City Scandal - Myspace

Silence is Deafening are the proud new owners of a PA System, Zaar will be recording at Eleven PM Studios and Vagrant City Scandal will be recording at Superball Studios.

All participants in 2007 Bands on Show are entitled to an ongoing 10% discount at Shake It Up Music!

A bit of housekeeping…a Stagg ride cymbal that was part of the backup cymbals supplied by Shake It Up Music has gone missing. The cymbal can be allocated for until the afternoon of Heat 2. Please if anyone accidentally picked it up could they return it, no questions asked! Also a cymbal was left behind so if everyone could check your cymbals, you may have a extra one or missing one! Thanks!

Again congratulations to all!! We had so much fun running the competition again and we hope next year is bigger again, and gives all young bands an opportunity to perform!
