Solid Spruce Top with Flamed Maple Veneer on Chambered Mahogany Body
The time-proven solid spruce top on mahogany body combination provides a perfect balance between the dynamic clear tones of the solid spruce top and the deep and rich mid-low tones of mahogany. High-grade flamed maple veneer is added to enhance the aesthetics. The chambered design on the mahogany body not only helps reduce any excessive weight, but provides deeper resonance that is perfectly tuned for Sunset Nylectric models. And the newly applied thinner body depth (45mm) provides better comfort for any playing situation.

Tapered and Slotted Headstock
The new tapered design offers a unique and modern feel to the traditional slotted headstock of a nylon string guitar. Gold hardware and tuner are added on Sunset Nylectric DLX to enhance aesthetic beauty.
Neck-Body Joint Beveled Heel
Unlike the square-cut heel of traditional bolt-on guitars, the heel on the Sunset Nylectric DLX is beveled round and thin for easier and smoother access to the frets in the high register of the fingerboard.
48mm(1 7/8ā) Nut Width
Compared to the standard classical guitarās 52mm(2.0ā) nut width, the Sunset Nylectric DLX has slightly narrower 48mm nut width which makes it ideal for both traditional classical playing as well as standard acoustic steel-string or electric guitar playing, combining the best of all worlds in a single versatile guitar for a variety of playing styles.
